Different is Good
This PowerPoint presentation is about helping people to accept differences and bring cultures together.  After all, differences make the world go round.
Introduction
We’ve seen many different people from different cultures, have you?  Cultures are the different ways in which people live.
Should you treat people from other countries differently than you’d treat someone of your own culture?  No matter black or white, American or Italian, you should treat people the way you would like to be treated.
Introduction (continued)
Every culture in the world has traditions.  Traditions are customs and ways of doing things that are passed on from parents to children.
Have you ever seen people from another country or culture so something that you thought was unusual?  Just think, that person might think that some of the things that you do are strange! Like eating a hot dog or playing football!
By the way, if you see a “DQ” it means it is a Discussion Question so you can talk about it in your class or family.
Each Culture Has Their
