Question What is a good running posture?
Faya You want to keep your shoulders square and you want to keep your hips aligned with your waist. If you're leaning too far forward then you're not going to have the breathing capacity that you need. Question What is a good breathing pattern that you would attempt to cycle through?
Faya Distance runners attempt to breathe in their nose and out their mouth...which is difficult to maintain when you have a cold. It does take a long time to get used to doing.
Rafferty It's important to relax your breathing. It needs to be part of the motion. You don't want to spaz too much with the diaphragm
