Iran,
Iraq, Syria, Libya, Cuba, North Korea, and Sudan are the most well known
terrorist governments in the world. Of those seven countries, Iran is
the most active supporter of terrorism. They allow terrorists to live
inside their countries and give them the support they need to carry out
their attacks on others. Countries that sponsor terrorism give terrorists
a way to live safely, raise money, and prepare for attacks on innocent
citizens of a country that they want to punish. The United States and
other countries who are fighting against state sponsored terrorism have
placed sanctions against those countries
who give terrorists a safe place to live, train, and carry out their terrorist
acts.
