Some people say that your personality is determined by your heredity. This means that your are born with tendencies that came from your ancestors. This is referred to as your temperament. Some people look on the bright side of things, while others notice the bad. Yet others like to just sit back and watch those who feel the need to be active. Another view of personality is that all the things you are exposed to will influence your individuality. In other words the people you meet, the classes you take, and even what you watch on TV affects your personality. The way you behave is shaped by the things that happen around you. For instance, if you notice that your parents will give in to you when you act a certain way, you will probably act that way again when you want something. If you like the positive way that people respond to you when you do something nice, you will more than likely repeat that behavior for the positive reinforcement. The above points of view are known
