1 1/3 c. fresh figs
1/3 c. walnuts
1/3 c. almonds

1. Use a food processor to grind the almonds and walnuts. Grind them separately. Place them aside.
2. Chop the figs into fourths, leaving peal on. Grind in the food processor with a little water.
3. Add the walnuts and blend again, adding a little water if the mixture is too sticky.
4. Spoon mixture onto clean plate. Shape mixture into balls.
5. Roll balls into honey and sprinkle with the ground almonds.
