The teams are The Giants, The Dragons, The Baystars, The Swallows, The Carp, The Tigers, The Hawks, The Lions, The Fighters, The Blue Wave, The Marines and The Buffaloes.

In addition to professional baseball, there are little leagues. You can play in the league from ages 9-12. Players still have to wear a helmet when playing baseball for safety reasons. When you play baseball in school or at a local park, you have to play with a rubber ball.
