VEST- When looking for a vest, make sure it is lightweight, but big enough to fit over a sweater. Make sure the pockets of the vest are various in size. Plus have pockets that zip or have velcro, that way nothing will fall out.

GLOVES- Fiberglass gloves are the best! Fiberglass gloves are made of wool, to keep your hands warm while still tying knots, plus gripping the fly line.

CAMOUFLAGE- When fishing, dress for the elements and try to camouflage with with the backdrop of the stream or area you are fishing. The slightest flash will send fish fleeing for cover.

FLY BOXES- Fly boxes are very important for holding and organizing your flies. But their are different kinds of fly boxes to choose from. It doesnt really matter which box you choose, just get the one that fits your needs.

HATS- Even on overcast days you still need a hat to reduce the glare. That way you can see the fish easier.
