The Hurt Child

Once upon a time there was a girl named Mary. She was very nice and she loved to ride the school bus to and from school. One day she was standing up and talking to her friend and the bus stopped. The bus driver slammed on the brakes and Mary went flying forward, fell in the aisle, and sprained her ankle. Her mother took her to the doctor. The doctor told her that she should be more careful while riding the school bus. "Buses have rules for a reason and you should follow them." After about a week and a half she was okay and she remembered what her doctor said. She rode the bus from then on and sat down in her seat facing the front. She talked to other students about following the bus rules and the students all lived happily ever after!
