The Day There Was A Fire
Once there was a very bad storm. My mom went with her friends to eat. We wanted to go the movies to see a movie. Well the storm was too bad so we-Chuck, Samantha, Chelsea, and Chucky - thought “We can go home and have a little fun and play games” (in the dark!!) So we went home. When we got home, the power was out and it was hot! Suddenly we heard water running so we went and checked the two bathrooms to see if the water was on. First, we checked to see if my bathroom water was on. It wasn’t. Then we checked my parents bathroom to see if their’s was on. It wasn’t. When we were walking out of my parents bathroom, we saw there was a shadow that looked like fire! So my dad told us to go and sit in the living room so he could handle it. He checked the fire extinguisher. It was out! Then we got the hose and we put out the fire with that. The phone was out so my dad called on his police radio and told them to call the fire department and they did. The fire department was on their way. When they got there, they put out the fire and they busted out the wall in my parent’s room. My mom and dad had a “new room” for about one or two months in my living room. That night was a nightmare!!!
