For the longest time people could only communicate through the Pony Express. Now there are many other methods of communication.
The most common way of communication is by use of mouth (language). There is nobody who really knows how humans began communication, but many scholars like to think that, a 150,000 years ago, communication through language was inaugurated.
Telecommunicatoins are ways to communicate across long distance by multiple types of equipment. Some of the earlier ways of telecommunication was to use smoke, flags, and lamps.
