Mesa Verde National Park has ancient cliff dwellings.  The Anasazi people made their homes on the sides of the cliffs.  They left their homes about 800 hundred years ago. Visitors
tour the dwellings. The largest dwelling has about 200 rooms.

Glenwood Hot Springs Pool is basically a huge outdoor swimming pool.  This particular pool is heated by hot springs.  People enjoy swimming in the pool all year round. In winter steam rises from the pool.

Rocky Mountain National Park is a park near the city of Estes Park.  Many of the park's mountains are more than 10,000 feet high.  Long's Peak is the highest mountain in the park.  It is 14,256 feet high. Deer, elk, and Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep live in the park.

Curecanti has Blue Mesa and Morrow Point Reservoirs.
