ATOMIC BOMB

In 1939 Albert Einstein began creating a "SUPERBOMB".  This superbomb would be named the "ATOM IC BOMB" .  An atom would be split causing an extremely powerful explosion causing massive devastation and giving off radiation.
Since Japan did not surrender the Allied forces decided to drop one of these bombs on the Japanese city of Hiroshima.  On August 6, 1945 the first "ATOMIC BOMB" to ever be used in warfare was dropped on Hiroshima.  The bomb devastated Hiroshima killing 70,000 to 100,000 people and destroying an area of about 5 square miles.  The Japanese did not respond and still continued to fight.  On August 9, 1945, a larger and more powerful bomb was dropped on Nagasaki.  Again thousands died when the bomb was dropped and many more died later because of radiation and injuries from the bombings.
This finally brought Japan to surrender.  On August 14, 1945, Japan agreed to end the war.
