bald eagle noun An eagle with a brown body and white head that appears bald from a distance. The bald eagle is a national symbol of the United States.

Endangered Species-A species or type of plant that is at the risk of becoming extinct.

Flag noun A piece of cloth having difference colors and designs on it . Flags are used as symbols of countries or of organizations. Flags are also sometimes used for giving signals.

Liberty Bell-Bell that was rung in Philadelphia on July 8, 1776 when the Continental Congress passed the Declaration of Independence. It is regarded as a symbol of liberty.

Patriot- A person who loves and loyally supports his/her country.

Protest- A statement that denies or objects strongly

Uncle Sam-A figure that personifies the United States. The term originated as an unfriendly nickname for the US Government during the war of 1812.
