The Brandywine Zoo is pleased to offer a variety of special events for all ages. All events, unless otherwise noted, are free with your paid admission to the zoo.

Put on your running shoes and start warming up for the 24th Annual Cherry Blossom Run to benefit the Zoo. For those who enjoy a more leisurely pace than the USATF certified 5 mile road race, there is a 5K walk held at the same time. Prizes will be awarded. For additional race information or registration, contact Marathon Sports at 654-6400. Information can also be found at http://www.races2run.com/. A race fee will be charged. Proceeds benefit the Brandywine Zoo. Pre-registration is suggested. The Brandywine Zoo is FREE until 11 a.m.

Join the fun at Brandywine Zoo's Annual Earth Day Celebration. Bring your family and join the zoo staff and volunteers for a wonderful celebration of our fragile earth. The day will be loaded with fun activities, games, stories, crafts, and more.

Kids, treat your mom to a day of fun at the Brandywine Zoo. There will be activities, music, and the opportunity to make a special craft just for Mom! The first 50 moms will receive a free flower at the gate! The program is free with paid admission to the zoo.
