    The Brandywine Zoo, Delaware's only zoo, is owned and operated by Delaware State Parks in cooperation with the Delaware Zoological Society.  It is located in Wilmington, Delaware in the middle of the 180 acres of Brandywine Park, across from the Brandywine River and about 100 yards from Warner Elementary School. The zoo itself covers 12 acres of land.

    The Brandywine Zoo is open 365 days a year, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is charged from April - October.*

    $1.50 - Children (3 through 11 years)
    $1.50 - Senior citizens (age 62 and over)
    $3.00 - Adults
    Group rates are available upon request.
    Admission is free from November - March
