Knights of the Round Table

       King Arthur had his own special knights. They had meetings at the "Round Table."  King Arthur also attended the meetings.  These knights led his armies to many victories.  They were famous. They were
Sir Galahad, Sir Tristram, Sir Gareth, Sir Percivale, Sir Bors de Ganis, Sir Geraint, Sir Kay, Sir Lancelot, Sir Gaheris, Sir Bedivere, Sir Lamorak de Galis, and Sir Gawain.  One of  King Arthur's personal advisors was Merlin.  It was said that the legendary sword, Excalibur, was laid on the middle of the table.  Lady Guinevere played an important part in the disbanding of the Knights of the Round Table.
