Early Historical Developments

Learn about house and farming equipment developments.

House Developments
There have been many major historical developments. A lot of them influence how we live today. Houses, at least in the United States, have slowly developed until they are what they are now. When people came to the United States they most likely lived in cottages with thatched roofs, only one room, instead of an indoor bathroom an outhouse, and nothing like electricity or indoor plumbing. Now we have a house that usually have 2-5 bathrooms, at least 1 indoor bathroom, indoor plumbing, and many electrical outlets. These things contribute to a higher number in the Human Development Index (HDI).

Farming Equipment
People have slowly developed farming equipment. First they just used their selves. Then people discovered some small hand tools. After awhile people kept on coming up with things to make their work easier.
