Early Cultural Influences

Learn about cultural influences in the U.S. and Cuba.


The U.S
The United States is a great example for how cultures can influence other cultures. Immigrants from all over the world come and bring their traditions. From Christmas trees to the English language, immigrants have brought many things to the U.S.

Africa is another excellent example for cultural influence. Europeans have influenced many things there, from religion to language.

Cuba

Amusement Park Activity

Amusement Trip - Go to an amusement park. Take a look at the decorations, type of ride, and other things you might look for in cultures. Now go to another amusement park. Do you see similarities in the two that could be from exchanging ideas or visiting the other park.
