Agencies
There are federal agencies that take care of consumer protection. Their main job is to make sure your rights, as a consumer, are not violated. Those rights include:
to pay fair prices
to have free warranties on all merchandise
to buy quality products
to get honest perchases
to have safe merchandise

Florida's Agencies
Florida's consumer protection agencies are all under agriculture in the a divistion called consumer agencies.
