MEASUREMENT

Measuring to Compare Characteristics

Sentence on Units of Measurement...

Explanation-

This means you should mix use of estimation and actually measuring things during measurement. Like, if your trying to measure the circumference of the world with a ruler, wouldn't it be easier to estimate like <content unknown> did a long time ago. Or, if you had a ruler and you were measuring a line, you'd use the ruler instead of estimating.

So, using common sense, answer these:

Would you measure or estimate a:

Road?

Planet?

Universe?

Ant?

Table?

Amoeba?

You would estimate the planet, universe, and ameoba, but measure the road, ant and table.
