Greek Salad

Tear up one head of lettuce. Do not use
a knife because a knife will make the lettuce turn brown. Place the lettuce in a large
bowl. Next add 8 ounces of Feta cheese. Greek Feta cheese is a soft white cheese made by
mountain shepherds from goat's milk. Add a 12 ounce can of black olives. The finest olives
are grown in Greece. There are more than 137 million olive trees in Greece. Many of them
are more than 1000 years old. Next add croutons. Finally top the dressing with a Caesar
salad dressing. We used a bottled dressing, but you could easily make your own dressing.
