Josephine Cochran

 

Josephine Garis Cochran invented the first practical dishwasher. The reason that she invented it was because of her servants. She was a very rich women. Her servants that washed dishes for her were always breaking dishes. So she invented the dishwasher. It was a quicker and easier way to wash dishes. The invention was very successful. In modern times there are new and different models of the dishwasher.
