Ingredients
- 1 skinless chicken breast
- 2 tsp red curry paste
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup of green beans thinly slice
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp crushed peanuts
- vegatable oil
Preparation
- Put chicken breast, curry paste, and baking soda into a food processor
- Grind them for 3-5 minutes until chicken becomes paste
- Transfer the chicken paste from the food processor into a large bowl
- Add green beans and mix well
- Pour vegetable oil into a small pot until it reaches about 3 inches deep
and heat it for several minutes
- Put several spoonfuls of chicken paste into the pot
- Turn them occasionally until both sides turn brown
- Transfer them to a clean plate
- Repeat the last few steps until the chicken paste is gone
Serving:
- Serve hot with cucumber dip
