Preparation

  1. Put chicken breast, curry paste, and baking soda into a food processor
  2. Grind them for 3-5 minutes until chicken becomes paste
  3. Transfer the chicken paste from the food processor into a large bowl
  4. Add green beans and mix well
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a small pot until it reaches about 3 inches deep
    and heat it for several minutes
  6. Put several spoonfuls of chicken paste into the pot
  7. Turn them occasionally until both sides turn brown
  8. Transfer them to a clean plate
  9. Repeat the last few steps until the chicken paste is gone
