6. Phytohormone
　　The phytohormone is crude compound that produce in plant's metabolism, it can affect plant's cell differentiation, cell division, growth and affect plant's morphogonesis, abloom, grown up, break off, caducity, dormancy and bud etc.
Some kinds of phytohormone that often used plant tissuc culture as follows.

1. Auxin
　　The chiefly physiological function of auxin is accelerating cell elongating and cell division, and abducting injured tissuc face cell to resume division ability, and accelerating rootage. The auxin can accelerate se division of the plant too.

2. Cytokinin
　　The chiefly function of cytokinin is: ①It can accelerate cell division and expand (it different of the function of auxin that accelerate cell elongating). ② It abduction bud division. ③ It can restrain tisscu caducity.
　　The cytokinin dissolves in watery muriatic acid easily. The dissolved cytokinkn can be adding distilled water, then put it in the icebox to stockpile.
