5. Agar
　　When making solid culture, agar is the best coagulant. It chiefly function e curdle liquid culture medium. Agar can't provide any alimentation. It is a kind of carbohydrate. Agar only dissolve in hot water, it become sol, after cool off (under 40℃) becoming gel.
　　The dosage of agar is between 4-10g/L. The agar is good that shallow color, limpidity and clean.
The agar can be deal for reducing bad effects.
　　If there do not adding agar or other coagulant in the culture medium, it called "liquid culture medium."
