When?

1-When there is a risk for one, the victim or a third(third party),

 

2-After analysis of the situation.

 
How?

 

By spreading(pushing aside) the risk or by preventing the access to the zone of danger by an immediate and adapted behavior. Examples:

  Do not approach a danger and spread(push aside) from it thirds(third parties) 
  Cut the electric current or disconnect the grip 
  Cut the gate of gas 
  Do not smoke, not use a lighter, not provoke a spark 
  Prepare a fire extinguisher if possible 
  Case of a road accident: 
  1. Slow down with the aim of the accident 
  2. Light(switch on) the fires of distress 
  3. Exceed the accident and park later and rather far, make lower(go down) the witnesses 
  4. Be worked up from 150 to 200 m on each side 
  5. Cut the contact and not smoke 

 

Never move a wounded person, except necessity of an emergency release ( real, vital and immediate danger).

What to say?

  1. The nature of the accident and the possible risks (fire, explosion...)
  2. The precise localization: city, N, building entrance, code...
  3. The number of concerned persons
  4. The visible state of the victims
  5. The made gestures
  6. N of telephone or the emergency(taxi stand) telephone

How can it be done ?

The call should be fast and precise.

He can be made  by a witness on your instructions, in that case tell him to return after the call.

Wait for the help and not leave the only victim. Why?
