OUT OF PLAY

The ball is out of play when it completely crosses the boundaries of the pitch.or
when or when the game has been stopped by a referee. The ply is restarted by a
throw in when the ball has crossed the touchlines or by either a goalkick or corner
kick and when it has crosed the goal line.

OFF SIDE

An attacking player is offside if or when the ball is played:
1.When he is nearer the opposing teams goal post than the opponents.
2.Unless he is in his own half of the pitch
then it is not an offside
If an opponent was the last player to touch the ball.He receives the
ball direct from the goal kick.a throw in,a corner kick or when or
when the referee drops he ball.Athough a player is technically on
an offside position,he is not penalized unless in the opinion of the
referee he is interfering with play or with an opponent or seeking
to gain an advantage by being in the offside position.
