Qing Emperor Xianfeng (Aixinjueluo Yizhu) }
Emperor Xianfeng is Emperor Daoguang's fourth son. He was born in 11th year of Emperor Daoguang's reign (1831 AD), and died in 10th year of his reign (1861 AD).
During his reign, Qing Dynasty was besieged on all sides. There were uprising of peasants all over the country. Foreign armies attacked and eventually took to Da Gu Kou (a port near Tianjin) and Tianjin, and marched toward the capital Beijing. Emperor Xianfeng escaped to his summer house in Chengde. In 11th year of his reign, he died in his bed in Chengde.
