Although only parts of this area are accessible to the public, a very worthwhile place to visit.

Where plants are first cultivated. Some of the plants that have been cultivated are on display.

This is where many plants are on display.

An amazing array of native gardens and introduced and endangered gardens.

 

A low growing mallee was saved from a Jarrah Forest near Dwellingup. Using tissue culture, the tree is now growing beautifully and is expected to grow to three metres in the next few years.

A great place for a family picnic and lots of  fun!

 

 

 

1. Lookout Tower

At the top of the lookout tower, you can see all of Kings Park. You can also see the city skyline.

2. Eateries

In Kings Park there are scattered kiosks and a gourmet restaurant called Frasers. Kings Park is also the perfect place to pack a picnic lunch for. 

3. Gift Shop

The gift shop is located near the information centre and carries a  variety of products, including souvenirs of Australia and Kings Park.

4. Aboriginal Gallery and Lookout

The Aboriginal Gallery and Lookout displays Aboriginal art. The Lookout has a magnificent view of the Swan River and Perth.
