Greek Circles

Dear Journal,
I have decided to explain planetary motion using concentric circles centered on the Earth. This method of explaining planetary motion coincides with that of my teacher Plato, who believed in the perfect circular motion of celestial bodies.
Each planet rotates about the Earth on differently oriented axes to produce the motion. However sometimes the planets become dimmer or brighter because of a cause unknown. I must search further.
