Name: Brian
Appointment: Coach

I think that was an unforgettable experience to lead my team. As a coach of the team, I had to help them to tackle many problems, either the problems about knowledge or the ones about communication. Some complicated problems about knowledge were even difficult for me to tackle, as I am not an expert. However, solving problems of their conflicts was even tougher, since those teenagers are still young.
Though our team did not work always smoothly, we did have our team spirit and always fixed the problems together. Being the champion was always our goal. So every time when we were frustrated and got tired of the work, I cheered us up by saying that. After that, we became energetic and worked faster and faster.
All in all, I was very proud of the members of my team. All of them are smart cookies. They worked efficiently and their work was really terrific. I was so glad to have to a chance to work with them. I hope I could have more chances to share the joy from the success with my team members in the future.

Appointment: Web Designer, CGI Programmer

I am currently in Form 5 at Kwun Tong Government Secondary in Hong Kong. This is my first year participating in the ThinkQuest Internet Challenge.
I am interested in web design, so it was great to be able to put my skills to use in collaborating with my group members on this website. It has been fascinating to learn about the water.

During the process of making the website, i learnt how to cooperate with my partners to build a website. And I learnt how to build a website which is able to run at different browers, I have to decide the loading speed of the web and the graphic quality, and how to design a web that is suitable for different classes of visitors. Also, I get experience on solving CGI programming. In a word, ThinkQuest Internet Challenge gave me a chance to learn how to cooperate with the others.

Name: So
Appointment: Cameraman, Co-ordinator

Hi! My name is So fu Cheung and I am 16 years old. I live in Hong Kong, and I am a 11th grade student. I participated in the ThinkQuest challenge because I hope to gain a lot of experience this year . In my school, there is no website competitions. But my friends and I were interested in designing the website, so we joined TQ.
In this project, I have understood the importance of being responsible and trustworthy! Also, I learnt how to use "Adobe Premiere" to edit movie. It was really great fun! Every time when I heard my partners said the actions did not match the movie, I had to try many many times to make them perfect! (It is so tough for me!) Moreover, translating the Chinese version was very difficult because the special words such as names of the places, chemical words, biological words, etc. were really difficult to translate to Chinese. Eventually, I found my coach to solve these problems!
The experience gained from this contest was immeasurable! Thank TQ!

Appointment: Text processor, Translator

I learnt a lot of things when I made this web site with my friends. I figured out that team collaboration is very important in our lives. Each member of our team had different responsibilities according to their special abilities. I was responsible for the text-processing, included sorting and merging data, as well as translating languages.
Those were tough jobs for me. However, I think I would have much more troubles if I did my teammates¡¦ jobs. Similarly, they would find lots of difficulties if they did my job. So if my teammates and I had not collaborated, this great web site would not have made.
Also, I found that creativity is important, too. As we do want to win, we have done our best to make this web site creative.
To sum up, ThinkQuest Internet Challenge is really worth participating and I will join it with my friends next year.
