A high pressure has the downward air current
in its central part. The air which was high
up in the sky descends, and its temperature
goes up. Therefore, a cloud disappears and
it becomes fine weather around a high pressure.

In the south, a clockwise rotation is born
by on the south [ of »meandering westerlies ], and a high pressure is made.
In the north side of meandering westerlies,
a low pressure occurs by the counterclockwise
rotation whirlpool.
Meandering of westerlies generates a blocking
high pressure on the point divided into two
forks.
