To ensure you to be healthy, I think some basic fact should be followed:

  1. No overnight studying, no work overload.
  2. Long time of studying will have many negative effects: sore eye, easily get tired, can't concentrate, sleepy. So if work for an hour or so, you should be relaxing for a few minutes. Want to know more? Please look below.
  3. Don't take coffee to help you to concentrate since it will affect your normal sleeping.
  4. Have enough time to sleep : at least 8 hours a day.
