To ensure you to be healthy, I think some basic fact should be followed:
- No overnight studying, no work overload.
- Long time of studying will have many negative effects: sore eye,
easily get tired, can't concentrate, sleepy. So if work for an hour
or so, you should be relaxing for a few minutes. Want to know more?

- Don't take coffee to help you to concentrate
since it will affect your normal sleeping.
- Have enough time to sleep : at least 8 hours a day.
