From time to time, health has be acknowledged as an essence of life. Missing so leaves you brittle towards even the smallest breeze of wind. Having so gives you the energy to so more. For a student, health is a must-have criteria that gives you all you need to study, to earn and to archive.


So you may ask, "what do we have to do to earn good health?" The answer can be as simple as eat considerably, do some exercise and know how to deal with stress. That's it. More technically, these represent the 3 factors of health. In more precise terms, "Exercise", "Diet" and "Stress control" make up good health.

In the following part, we are going to break our discussions down to 3 smaller sections, namely, "Sports", "Diet" and "Stress". In the section of "Sport", we are going to have a look at the effects of Sports on our body both physically and physiologically. In the "Diet" section, we will briefly look at what a health diet consists of and how Sports and Diet interrelate with one another. In the section of "Stress", we will tell u what is it and how to deal with it. Hopefully, u may found these usefully and help u to live a health life.
