Castillo Manzanares el Real
Earl Infantado, who was the feudal lord in the 15th century, built the castle. Its stone-made building shows Islamic style. It has a symmetric appearance when you see it from the front. It was designed for a militant fort, but the inside was used also as a feudal lord's mansion. Although it looks like a battle-fort, the windows have elaborate ornaments. It is now open to the public as a museum.
Alcazar de Segovia
The
castle was used by west Goth after the Romans withdrew from Iberian Peninsula.
It was occupied by Arufonzo Ⅵ in 1085, and became the imperial castle since
then. Queen Isabelle Castile had her coronation ceremony held in this town
in 1474.
