Castello di Soave
In the 14th century the house of Scala in Verona built a castle in Soave, and built the town around it. The castle was ruined by war, but it has been repaired by the latest restoration. The castle gate is a drawbridge, but you cannot get in through it now. Inside the castle there is tower of execution in the center facing a courtyard. It is said that a fearful mechanism is planted there, the inside of tower is a cave, sharp edged tools are planted in the lower part, and a human body will be chopped up with edged tools if a sinner is dropped on it from the top.
