PROFILE
When
an individual starts using drugs, their behavior changes,
below follows a list of 10 items that might help in the
identification process of the problem.
1. Sudden change in the adolescence’s conduct;
2. Irritability without apparent motive and nervous outbreaks;
3. Motor Unstableness. The adolescent presents himself/herself
nervous, impatient, irritated, aggressive, and violent;
4. Depressions, anxiety states without apparent reason;
5. Lower school grades or quitting school;
6. Rebellious insomnia (shown by himself/herself or noticed
by family members);
7. Isolation, the adolescent refuses to go out of his/her
room, avoids contact with family members and friends;
8. Change of habits. The adolescent sleeps during the day
and stays up all night;
9. Disappearance of valuable objects, money, or constant
requests for money. The adolescent needs to answer to the
dealers’ demands more and more, to get the products that
addicted him/her;
10. Bad company
