The problems start when people doesn´t have access to information. For instance, parents HAVE TO alert their children about the dangers that the world has. The school also has a very important part in the children education, it´s their obligation to make them understand the drugs.

Without these basics orientations, the children will not have an example to follow and can get in the drug-world.

Bad companies are also a cause. The children should know how to identify their good friends and filter their bad friends. Once again, the obligation to teach children these things is from their parents and their education institute.
