Vincent joined the City University of Hong
Kong in 1993. His job area includes teaching various PE courses, coaching CityU Women's Volleyball Team and management of PE Programmes such as assisting in the organization of various PE courses and
conducting survey on PE progamme. His coaching background in Volleyball is prominent. He has been the head coach of the Hong Kong Women's Volleyball Team since 1992. He was the
Manager of Hong Kong Delegation for the World University Games, Sicily 1997 and the Head of the Hong Kong Delegation for 1st Asian University Volleyball Championship Taiwan 1998.
Vincent also actively participates in community services. He was the Chairman of the Training Committee of the Hong Kong Volleyball Association, China 1996-1998. He is now the
vice-secretary and the chairman of the coaching committee of the Association. His interests lie in youth development as well as elite training of the sport in Hong Kong.
