Details:
- This is a progression from mini volleyball. It is played by two teams each consisting of four players, with two substitutes per team.
- Net length: 2.l0m (6.9 ft).
- Size of the court: 9mx6m (30ft x 20ft).
- Midi volleyball helps in the transition from mini to full six-a-side volleyball. Both technically and tactically, it is a large step up from mini volleyball. The demands on the players increase enormously.
- With three of the four players playing as attackers, the server is the only back court player.
