Wu Guang

Wu Guang was also born a peasant in the city of Yang Xia. BC 209, he revolted with Chen Sheng because of his death sentence. He was as successful as Chen Sheng but also had the same fate as he when the wind turned agianst him.

Zhang Han

One of the generals of the Qin Imperial Army. He won against the armies of Chen Sheng and Wu Guang but lost at the hands of Xiang Yu and surrendered. BC 205, he was assassinated by Han Xing.

Liu Bang (BC 256-195)

Liu Bang initially was just a small officer at Xi Shui. Later when he was accompanying a group of criminals to the mountain of Li, one criminal escaped. He knew that it was hard to escape from the death penalty, so he left the government as an escapee. Later, he followed up on what Chen Sheng had started and revolted against the current government. BC 206, he was the first to enter the city of Yan Yang and ended the rein of the Qin. But because of his lack of soldiers, he could not fight against Xiang Yu and was forced to withdraw his forces to Ba Shang. After Xiang Yu proclaimed himself emperor, he named Liu Bang the king of Han. Finally, in BC 202, after years of fighting against Xiang Yu, Liu Bang was able to defeat his enemy and started a new Dynasty called Han that were to last for 400 years to follow. He was named Han Gaozu.
