Xiang Yu after failing to kill Liu Bang at the feast of Hong Men, attacked the city of Yan Yang, killed the already-surrendered infant Qin prince, and burned the Palace of A Pang. He made himself King of West Chu, named his subjects and named Liu Bang King of Han.

But the current government was still full of turbulence. Liu Bang used this opportunity to sack Guan Zhong and swore to fight Xiang Yu to see who could win. The famous war of Chu and Han started.

B.C 203, after a long period of stalemate, the army of Chu weakened day by day while the army of Han strengthened. B.C 202, Han, headed by Han Xin surrounded Chu. Xiang Yu tried to break out of trap but failed. One day, when he was drinking with his favourite woman, he, without much thought, sang a song full of despair. The girl didn't want to obstruct Xiang Yu and killed herself with a sword.

The army of Chu tried to break out of the surrounding Han army but failed. Xiang Yu escaped barely but was chased to the river of Wu and forced to take suicide as his way out. When Xiang Yu died, Liu Bang made himself emperor and marked the beginning of the prosperous Han Dynasty that lasted for approximately 400 years.
