The 2nd Trip to the West by Ban Chao

Ban Chao, in his early years, was an officer at Lan Tai. Although he was only a small political officer, he had big ambitions and was not not content with what he was. When he heard of the invasions by the Nomads, he gave up his position and became a soldier. BC 73, he helped in winning some important battles. Later, he was sent to the West. During his 30-year stay, he was able to oustandingly ally many countries in the West, helping these countries maintain peace with the Nomads and China.
