The Marriage of Zhaojun to the Nomad

Wang Zhaojun was a lady-in-waiting (later to be named one of the 4 most beautiful women in Chinese history) during the reins of Emperor Yuan. The head of the Nomads came the China to ask to be married to one of the Chinese girls. Zhaojun volunteered herself. Zhaojun left the Walls of China and came to the world of the grasslands. She learned horseriding, archery and taught the Nomads the art of Sewing. Everybody respects her highly and she thinks of the Nomads as her relatives. Because of her efforts, the peace between the Nomads and China was able to last for 60 years.
