The current progress
The clock tower precinct is going to be right next to the waterfront. It is the final fifty percent of the waterfront. The waterfront is already the most visited place in Africa with 20 000 000 in 1999 this will add a great deal more.
The Clock tower precinct is going to consist of shops the board of governors new office, the Robben Island museum and office space.
