Admission to Vista Nova

Cerebral Palsy ,Specific Learning Disability and other special needs children are all admitted to Vista Nova

Vista Nova currently has 400 pupils whose ages range from 3 years old to 19 years of age. The school has a pre school,junior school and a highschool.Every pupils different needs are seen to by remedial teachers,doctors,psychologists,physiotherapists,speech therapists and a nurse.

Generally the pupils follow the same curriculim as other schools but if needed a modified curriculum is also offered.

All pupils must have been referred to the school by a psychologist,remedial teacher or therapist. After this the children are assessed by a team (therapists and such) from the school. After this the child will be permitted provided permission has been given by the Department of Education.
