Color Blindness

Color Blindness is a hereditary disease caused by a mutation in the X chromosome. As females have two copies of the X chromosome, a mutation in only one of them will not cause color blindness but rather the ability to pass this disease to other generations. Males, on the contrary, has only one X choromsome, making them color-blind once if they have the mutation in their X chromosome.
