A thin thread of hair
Collect your frog spawn and bring it home in a jar full of pond water
Get one or two frog spawn carefully out of the jar using a spoon and put them in some pond water into your dish. Stand the dish on white paper to make it easier to see what you're doing.
Keep Checking the spawn, using your magnifying glass to help you see them properly.
When the embryos have developed into 2 cells, use a hair to form a loop, then use it to cut the embryo into 2 at where the cells are joint together.
Repeat the procedures to a few eggs
Leave the cells to grow.
