About Cooking School

Now we're getting down to the practical bit. In here, we'll give you a guided tour introducing the methods and utensils used for chinese cooking.

  • Professor's Laboratory

  • Here you will learn about the tradition of chinese food and table, and also learn how to plan meals.

  • Main Kitchen

  • Since the chefs are away for the moment, let's go in and have a look at the setting. All sorts of essential cooking utensils are also stored in this room. You'll find instructions for their usages too!
