Relatively clean. Beach patrols and lifeguards ensure its state. There are waste bins after every hut. |

When the weather is warm this beach is pact with people. It is a great beach for water sports due to the constant flow of waves. |

The sports that take place hear are Surfing, body boarding, jet skiing, wind surfing, volleyball and ball games. |

There are multi-coloured huts which can be used as change rooms for the public, these are situated on the beach and there are bathrooms and showers located on the opposite side of the beach. |

There is a promenade close by which has a Supertube, themepark with a Putt Putt course, swimming pool and on some occasions a Flea market. |

The waves at Muizenburg are not very powerful. They usually don't reach higher than 6 foot. |

This beach would be excellent for amateur surfers or amateurs at any water sport. |
